Irish Spirits Tasting

discover the  academy& gin school

In addition to offering an expertly curated collection of modern Irish spirits, we also welcome you to the Stillgarden Distilling Academy and Experience based in Dublin 8. You will be introduced to the world of Science meets Nature, by our very own distillery experts.

The experience will include a historical adventure, botanical exploration, special gin tastings, demonstrations, discovery moments, a cocktail masterclass, a charcuterie board & drinks throughout. All ending with you creating your own unique spirits recipe which you can enjoy time and time again.

community

The Social Botanist Project

SCIENCE, COMMUNITY & NATURE. This is the blueprint behind everything we do. We strive to contribute to, and create dialogue with the community through gardening and other exciting projects. As a result, The Social Botanist Project was created to bring together our community of gardeners, botanists, harvesters and foragers. This project inspired our Social Botanist Scheme – local advocates who are growing their very own botanicals at home.
