Cocktail Masterclass

Visit Stillgarden Distillery to learn how to craft some of our ground-breaking cocktails from our award-winning liquid experts. This is a hands-on experience where you will learn to create two signature drinks, hear about the history of distillation and see a demonstration of the state of the art equipment used within the distillery.

Non alcoholic and non gin cocktails options are available just let us know at the time of booking.
Tickets include a welcome drink plus 2 cocktails. The class is fully instructed.
The duration is 60 mins. All sessions end with a Q&A from one of our liquid experts.

After the tour, you can relax in super secret speakeasy bar, Lab8 and enjoy the drinks you have created (also includes one welcome drink on arrival). Non alcoholic option available please note when booking.

Great idea for staff socials, birthday celebrations or just a random outing. Conor did a great job running through the history of the business and interesting science behind the process. Overall enjoyable, unique experience. Would highly recommend.

If your looking for something that's unique, fun, entertaining and even at points educational I'd highly recommend a tour with the guys at Stillgarden. Jake and Connor (with 1 N😉) were the perfect hosts. The experience of concocting our own gin with the help and guidance of the guys will be a treasured me memory for years to come. Also knowing our recipe is saved we can recreate the fun. The connection to the community is inspirational, the ice-cream cocktail was beyond delicious and the platter of meats and cheese was a special touch, also very needed after the gin tasting. Thank you all.
