Café O’Maro has won Drinks Product of the Year & Gold In Liqueurs at the Irish Quality Food & Drinks Awards.

Viki Baird our ‘Boss Lady’ at Stillgarden Distillery said in response to the our double win;
“To win the Gold for Stillgarden’s Café O’Maro at the 2023 Irish Quality Food & Drink Awards for Liqueurs was such an honour, but I was genuinely speechless and delighted to learn we had also won the 2023 Drinks Product of the Year. We couldn’t have achieved any of this without our wonderful team.”
The award winning ‘Café O’Maro’ is Ireland’s first and only Coffee Amaro. Stillgarden developed it with the help of two-time Michelin star chef, Jordan Bailey and his wife Majken, along with Ireland’s first specialty coffee roasters, Cloud Picker Coffee.
Using coffee from local Irish roasters to make a hot and cold brew, combined with spent grinds from the process to heighten the flavour profile, Stillgarden creates a dark and rich Irish Amaro, with fruity and sweet coffee notes that compliment its complex botanical bitterness.
