Christmas Themed Gin School

Visit Stillgardens Christmas Gin School and Dublin Distilling Academy, at our distillery  in Dublin 8. You will be festively introduced to the world of Science meets Nature, by our very own distillery experts.

You will create your own unique christmas spirit recipe which you can enjoy during or long after the festive period! The christmas experience will include a historical adventure, botanical exploration, special christmas gin tastings, a gourmet christmas food box , a christmas cocktail masterclass and festive drinks throughout. All ending with your own bottle of christmas spirit, crafted and distilled by you – a very merry experience indeed!

Choose from either a Shared Still (1 bottle per couple) or an Individual Still (1 bottle per person)
