For the first time ever in the southside of Dublin, cocktail lovers won’t have to decide on just one drink when ordering a cocktail. Stillgarden Distillery launches a Miniature Cocktail Paddle — featuring four expertly crafted cocktails in 35 ml tasting serves.
This bold new offering from Dublin 8’s independent and innovative distillery, allows guests to try our four signature serves, each one showcasing Stillgarden’s playful, progressive approach to modern mixology. Whether you’re curious, indecisive, or just want to try them all, this paddle is the perfect pick.
Try All Four – No Compromises Required
Each cocktail in the paddle is made using Stillgarden’s own spirits and many fresh ingredients grown just steps from the distillery in their on-site community garden.
- Espresso Martini – The classic with a Stillgarden twist combines vacuum-distilled Under Pressure Vodka with the rich coffee flavours of Stillgarden’s multiple award-winning coffee liqueur, Café O’Maro, created in collaboration with double Michelin Star Chef Jordan Bailey & Cloud Picker Coffee.
- Cosmopolitan – A timeless classic. This refreshing serve also features Under Pressure Vodka, a splash of orange liqueur, a squeeze of lime juice, and a hit of cranberry for the perfect balance of tart and sweet. It’s elegance in a glass.
- Southside Social – Light, herbaceous and ultra-refreshing, this serve mixes fresh garden mint and sweetened lime with Stillgarden’s Social Gin, a floral-dry style Dublin gin, made using rowan berries, mint and lavender from their own sustainable garden.
- Sweet Honey Buí – A silky, floral cocktail with a warm, spiced edge. Shaking Stillgarden’s O’Maro Irish raspberry amaro and Buí 43, Ireland’s unique yellow herbal liqueur, along with honey, citrus, and the option of plant-based foam for a velvety mouthfeel—garnished with fresh citrus peel.
