• 45ml Stillgarden Social Gin
• 20ml Strawberry Syrup*
• 20ml Lemon Juice
• Prosecco / Champagne

Shake gin, lemon and syrup and strain into cocktail glass. Top with bubbly and garnish with a strawberry.

*Make strawberry syrup by simmering 1 part strawberries with 1 part water and 1 part sugar in a saucepan for 5 mins.
