Visit Stillgarden Distillery to find out the ginspiration behind our range of beautifully crafted modern Irish gins. This experience will bring you through the history of distillation and our wall of 120 botanicals. You will taste 4 of our signature expertly crafted gins, accompanied by a luscious afternoon tea with a selection of decadent cakes and sandwiches.
Tickets include a welcome drink plus a 4 gin tasting flight and mixers and afternoon tea, the duration is 60 mins. All sessions end with a Q&A from one of our liquid experts.

Visit Stillgarden Distillery for a tour of our botanical garden. Hear about the community project that took an area of wasteland in Dublin 8 and gave it a new lease of life. After the tour you can relax in the distillery and enjoy a complimentary drink from our menu. With the option to order further drinks from our full menu of delicious libations. Food also available either from https://rascalsbrewing.

We meet up on Sundays for gardening, foraging or wildlife walks. Afterwards we head back to the distillery and relax with a well-earned complimentary drink.
