Café O’Maro
Ireland’s first and only Coffee Amaro, created in collaboration of the 2 Michelin star Irish restaurant Chef Joran Bailey during his time at Aimsir and Cloudpicker coffee roasters. Cold brew is combined with spent grinds to give an Irish take on the classic coffee aperitif. Taking coffee from local Irish roasteries to create a dark and rich Irish Amaro with fruity and sweet coffee notes that compliment its complex botanical bitterness.
You can visit Stillgarden Distillery. Hear about the community project that took an area of wasteland in Dublin 8 and gave it a new lease of life. After the tour you can relax in the distillery and enjoy a complimentary drink from our menu. With the option to order further drinks from our full menu of delicious libations.
