Premium Distillery Tour

Come visit Stillgarden Distillery the home of  Modern Irish Spirits

Find out the g-inspiration behind our range of beautifully crafted modern Irish gins. The tour will bring you around our small but perfectly formed distillery.

The fully guided class duration is 20- 25 mins.

All sessions end with a Q&A from one of our liquid experts. Tickets include a tour for 1 guest plus a complimentary drink in the distillery bar LAB8

Our tour guides are super knowledgeable about Stillgardens’ Modern Irish Spirits.

Our story

Public sessions run Weds-Friday, you may also book a private session, email bookings@stillgardendistillery.com

After the class you are welcome to stay in the bar for drinks, sure you can even partake in a game of corn-hole!

We meet up at the weekend for gardening, foraging or wildlife walks. Afterwards we head back to the distillery and relax with a well-earned complimentary drink.

Boozy sciencey fun! What a fun experience! Learned all about the distillery—I love their story, their sustainability & of course their gin! We had a welcome cocktail (their version of an aperol spritz), then made two delicious cocktails with some fun twists that I won’t spoil. Jake was an amazing host & clearly knows his science behind the process. We stayed for more cocktails afterward and enjoyed the conversation with our bartender Raven. Highly recommend for a date night or group outing!
Ps we didn’t have pizza, but you can order from Rascal’s next door and have it delivered while you enjoy your drinks.

Great Experience This experience was exciting and my friend and I enjoyed it very much. As a community gardener, I loved the community garden back story. I even got to sip the infamous chicken fillet roll gin! I'll be back to taste the Christmas special!

Unique experience for any gin enthusiast This unique experience was exceptional. A blend of chemistry, history, and mixology. The cocktails flowed while we learned about gin and hand crafted our own bottle. I highly recommend.

Hidden Gem - Awesome Class This is a hidden gem in Dublin. What a wonderful find! The class was well done, the drinks were delicious, and the staff are incredibly kind. It's also just a nice little place to hang out and relax, even if you're not taking the class.

Brilliant tasting experience! We came in for the gin tasting on Saturday afternoon as a group of 5 girls. We had the absolute best time, Joey was very knowledgable and passionate about the gin and the session was really interesting! The welcome drink and gins were delicious as were the cocktails afterwards in the bar upstairs! Would definitely recommend this over the other alcohol tastings available in Dublin. This is a small independent place and the tasting is much more personal than the ones elsewhere, plus the gin is excellent! Thanks for a great afternoon guys!
