Xmas Cake Gin is complete with festive spices of cinnamon, ginger and star anise and distilled using the traditional pot still method.

We meet up on Sundays for gardening, foraging or wildlife walks. Afterwards we head back to the distillery and relax with a well-earned complimentary drink.
