A hands-on experience including a historical adventure & botanical exploration. Create your own recipe bottle of gin or vodka using ingredients from our wall of 120 botanicals. This experience includes a your own recipe bottle of gin or vodka, a welcome cocktail, a paddle of 4 spirits & a mixer.
Your bottle will be available for collection within 2 hours, alternatively you can arrange for us to send it for €12 P&P within Ireland or for €35 P&P to Northern Europe.

Public sessions run on Saturdays, you may also book a private session on other days email bookings@stillgardendistillery.com

After the class you are welcome to stay in the bar for drinks, sure you can even partake in a game of corn-hole!

This experience does not include food, you may upgrade to the premium experience which includes a charcuterie board. 

We meet up at the weekend for gardening, foraging or wildlife walks. Afterwards we head back to the distillery and relax with a well-earned complimentary drink.
