An all-inclusive hands-on experience including a historical adventure & botanical exploration. Create your own recipe bottle of gin or vodka using ingredients from our wall of 120 botanicals. The experience includes a cocktail class, sharing charcuterie board & a tour of the distillery. Our hosts are super knowledgeable about Stillgardens’ Modern Irish Spirits. Ask them about the Stillgarden company ethos, sustainability projects and zero food waste policy.

After the class you are welcome to stay in the bar for drinks, sure you can even partake in a game of corn-hole!

This experience comes with a charcuterie grazing board which consists of a selection of cold meats, cheeses, fresh bread, pickles and dips. Perfect for that all important soakage!

We meet up at the weekend for gardening, foraging or wildlife walks. Afterwards we head back to the distillery and relax with a well-earned complimentary drink.
