Method
- Grease a lined baking tray and pre heat your oven to 180c
- Whisk melted butter, sugar an Berrissimo together in a bowl. Melt down half the chocolate and stir in.
- Sift in the flour, cocoa powder and salt mixing thoroughly, then add the rest of the chopped chocolate.
- Put mixture into the baking tray then bake for 20-25 minutes.
Serving suggestion
Great with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Top with mini eggs for easter.

- 30g cocoa powder
