Recently, our Brand Ambassador Connor joined Together FM for a special radio feature, where he shared the story behind Stillgarden Distillery and what makes our distillery so unique.
Located in Dublin 8, Stillgarden is more than just a distillery. It’s a creative hub where innovation and tradition meet hand-in-hand. As we approach our 6th anniversary, it’s a great moment to reflect on how far we have come. What started as a bold idea has grown into a thriving space where we craft our own spirits in-house, experiment with flavours and offer experiences driven by creativity.
During the interview, Connor spoke about our journey, from early challenges to exciting milestones. He highlighted our passion for sustainability, creativity, and pushing boundaries in the Irish drinks scene. Unlike many distilleries in Dublin, we don’t produce whiskey which allows us to carve out our own path, namely through our unique takes on aperitifs, herbal liqueurs, alongside our gin and vodka, using predominantly Irish flavours.
